Metal Pipe
Adds a metal pipe to the game, as well as the metal pipe sound effect.

The metal pipe can be crafted with 4 iron ingots and 3 chain, and can be enchanted with the `Clang` enchantment.
Whenever the pipe is dropped on the floor, or you kill something with it while it has the `Clang` enchantment, it will play the metal pipe falling sound effect. If you want to mute this, there is a slider added to the sound settings.
`Clang` goes up to level 4, but you will only find up to level 3 in enchanting tables, so you either need to get very lucky with a book roll or combine books. Every level adds another `3.5` attack damage, for a max of `20` (useful for comedic effect)
