🌑 Marlow's Darkness Weapon

> This plugin adds the Marlow Darkness effect from the Unstable Universe with protagonists Wemmbu, ParrotX2, SpokeIsHere and FlameFrags.

> When you use the weapon, it gives everyone in a radius of 50 blocks (configurable) the darkness effect for 15 seconds (configurable) and plays the Warden heart beat sound effect. This is a 1:1 replica of the one in Parrot's video
