"Limitless" Banners - 
A simple mod that removes the banner pattern limit. The new cap is at 16!
This mod will work server-side without any effect on vanilla clients joining. Although if players want to take advantage of the mod they will need it on the client as well.
More Info
The reason why it is max 16 is since Minecraft doesn't render over 16 layers on a banner. Perhaps will look into a way to overcome that in the future.
