Leaf Decay
Leaf Decay visually shows when leaves are decaying by applying a dead leaf texture, consistent with leaf litter. The texture appears once its blockstate reaches distance 7, which occurs after a tree is cut down. Adds 10 new leaf types that you can build with in creative, obtainable with the debug stick.
