Spawns you with everything you need to start a cave only playthrough: - a torch - a wooden pickaxe - 16 oak logs - an oak sapling - one dirt
The high amount of wood given is because waiting for the tree to grow to do anything is just boring.
Use the logs for planks or torches if you can't find coal.
