Disabled applying effecct upon joining server. Can only be applied via command now.
- Applies infinitive Night Vision via /gamma command. Can be toggled on/off.
No permissions needed.
- Fixed enable & disable messages being reversed/opposite.
- Removed all potion & particle effects. Only visible in inventory now.
