Improve compatibility between plugins and mods for Hybrid Server.

You should put HybridCompat-Bukkit into plugins folder, as well as put HybridCompat-Forge into mods Folder on server side. And client should also install the HybridCompat-Forge mod, or else some messages will just display key value.
