Health Display Datapack

This datapack can give real-time data of mob's health percentage and display in a visual way 这个数据包可以让你查看生物的实时血量百分数并提供可视化（需要资源包）

Functions

- Mobs now show their HP percentage information above them, and the percentage will change when their HP changes - If a mob is close to a player ,the percentage information will display, however if it is far from the player, the information will hide - The percentage information has a visually-improved effect when you install the resource pack like this:

Warnings

- Because the datapack use mob's custom name to achieve the function, so it will definitely conflict with name tags using - When you uninstall the datapack, the mob who already has a custom name will not disappear
