Happy Ghast old pixel resolution x Fresh Animations
Reverts the Ghast's texture to its old 16x16 pixel resolution and makes the Happy Ghast have its own 16x16 texture, but works with Fresh Animations' new 1.10.0 update.
Of course, you do need fresh animations for this to work.
