I thought of implementing a mod that would make a great synergy between Happy Gast and the boats attached to him on leashes. And the balloon was a perfect fit for this concept!
The colour of the balloon depends on the colour of its harness, otherwise everything else is very clear. Thanks for downloading my resourcepack :^)
