The `Freezing` enchantment for swords, which applies slowness to victims.

The enchantment has a max of 2 levels, for each level, increases the duration of the effect.

The enchantment can be obtained from the enchantment table, loot chests or trading with villagers.

Give:

```mcfunction /loot give @s loot freezing_enchantment:<level> ```

Enchant:

```mcfunction /enchant @s freezing_enchantment:freezing <level> ```
