Forged Progression

Forged Progression completely reworks Minecraft’s survival progression by removing direct crafting of higher-tier tools and armor. Instead, you must upgrade your existing equipment step by step.

- Start with wooden tools - Progress by upgrading tools instead of crafting new ones

Tool progression:

Wood → Stone → Iron → Diamond

Armor progression:

Leather → Chainmail → Iron → Diamond

(netherite crafting remains vanilla)
