Forge Optimized
Pretty much every performance modpack is for fabric But some pople still use Forge and high FPS can be obtained on Forge too
This is a very barebones modpack with no bloat. If you want to add some exta mods you can. Some optional mods that I reccomend are Oculus and JEI
I highly advise against using Forge on versions after 1.20 as mods are dropping support for it left and right. If you really want to use it though, install Bedium
