👋 Welcome System

- Detects when a player joins for the first time - The first player to say the correct welcome message (e.g. `hej Steve`) receives a reward - Works with Bedrock player names like `*Steve_`, `._Alex`, etc. - Configurable timeout (default: 30 seconds)
