Farmland Sides
The vanilla farmland block certanly isn't eye-candy, but it only becomes an issue for me after the block has been hydrated. The moisture hasn't even penetrated the surface, judging from looks.
I've scoured the internet for a texture pack to just change this and only this, but the only packs I've found are outdated and/or have a "complete overhaul" to the base pack. This pack only does two things: Gives the sides a unique texture, and adds a smoother transition between the dry and moist blockstates.
