Optifine/CIT Resewn required
Using an invisible item frames pack is recommended, but not included here (here's a good one i use by someone else)
Rename a stick with the names from the list (any capitalisation) to get the model/item.
The pack was only tested with 1.20.1 Optifine and CIT Resewn, so I don't know of any issues outside of these. I am also open to suggestions for what to add.
