EnvionChat
EnvionChat is a lightweight, highly optimized chat management plugin built specifically for PaperMC servers. It provides a clean separation of local and global chats, a robust private messaging system, and an easy way to create custom text commands.
Features
- ! Players speak locally within a configurable radius. Placing an exclamation mark (%%MD0%%) before a message broadcasts it globally.
- "Nobody heard you": If a player speaks in local chat but no one is nearby to read it, the plugin gently notifies them.
- /pmsound A complete PM system (%%MD0%%) with toggleable sound notifications (%%MD0%%).
- Ignore System: Players can block unwanted users with /ignore. This hides both private messages and public chat messages from the blocked user.
- /spy Staff can silently monitor private messages between players using the %%MD0%% command.
- /discord or /website Easily create custom multi-line commands (like %%MD0%%) directly in the configuration, with full support for clickable links.
- envionchat.minimessage Full MiniMessage support (HEX colors, gradients, hover text). Players with the %%MD0%% permission can use formatting tags in the chat.
- Multi-Language: English and Russian languages are included out of the box.
Commands & Permissions
/pmsound <on/off> - /pmsound <on/off> — Send a private message to another player on the server. (Aliases: /pmsound <on/off>) - /pmsound <on/off> — Quickly reply to the last person who messaged you. (Alias: /pmsound <on/off>) - /pmsound <on/off> — Add or remove a player from your personal block list. Hidden messages apply to both PMs and public chat. - /pmsound <on/off> — Toggle the sound notification for incoming private messages.
Staff & Admin Commands
- envionchat.admin — Silently monitor all private messages sent between players. (Permission: envionchat.admin) - envionchat.admin — Safely reload the configuration and language files without restarting the server. (Permission: envionchat.admin)
Additional Permissions
- envionchat.minimessage — Grants a player the ability to use MiniMessage formatting tags (such as HEX colors and gradients) directly in their local and global chat messages.
