Encoded Panorama (GLSL)
This pack uses GLSL shaders to make white dots appear moving on the background of minecraft panoramas. This is to make a futuristic internal server code look.
By pressing F5, the quality of the shader can be changed (I personally like 20%) but can be done to preference (see gallery)
