Dynamic Daytime

This Datapack adjusts the length of the Day/Night cycle depending on the number of days the world is played.
I have implemented a yearly cycle. One year is 100 Days to not make it to long. After 100 Days have passed the cycle starts anew.
Day and Night change length from 0.5x to 2x normal speed. If the Day is 0.5x speed, the Night will be 2x speed.
You start in the middle of "summer" so your Days will be twice as long as normal Days and your Nights twice as fast.
