Diogo92's - Dragon Block C is a project I've been working on for a while, it's focus is continuing Kasai's hd textures while he doesn't update the main pack.
Features:
HD Npcs, clothing and races based on Kasai style. HD Items based on Jappa's style.

Version 2.0: -Partial Kakarot map support.
-Slightly edited menus and icons.
-Retextured clothing items
-Remade lots of old textures like General blue, Pilaf, etc.
-Recolored and fixed errors in Kasai original textures.
-Fixed first person hands not showing the HD texture.
-Made variations for first form arcosians and made the missing textures.
-More variations on namekians face textures.
-Edited Majin faces to be more unique and detailed.
-No glow transformations textures.
