Adds Deathnote from the popular Death note anime.

To get a deathnote:

Enter the command - with permission "deatnote.command.use" ``` /getdeathnote ```

Open deathnote menu:

Enter the command - with permission "deathnote.menu.use" ``` /openDeathnote ```

Use deathnote

Holding the death note in your hand, right-click and you will open a gui in which everything is clear for using the notebook.
