Death Laugh
Plays a laugh sound effect to all players when someone dies.
The laugh sound is ravager celebrate sound. It does not require a resource pack. Currently there is no config to change the sound but it is planned.
Version
This plugin should work from 1.14 to the latest version of minecraft.
