Cytl - Cyrillic to Latin converter

Cytl is a plugin for converting chat messages that contain Cyrillic to Latin.

When a user sends a message containing Cyrillic, if the recipient has the converter enabled, they will receive a conversion of the original message.

The conversion is simple and based on the Serbian Cyrillic alphabet.

Features:

- Per player visibility rules - Permission support (requires permission plugin) - Highlights converted messages - No persistent storage (defaults to "DISABLED" after reset for every player)

Permissions:

This plugin adds 2 permissions to your server.

``` cytl.toggle cytl.set ```

To use this plugin, players need the following permission:

``` cytl.toggle ``` Administrators can toggle Cytl for players if they have OP or these permissions:

``` cytl.set ```

Usage:

To enable or disable the conversion:

``` /cytl enable /cytl disable ```

To check the status:

``` /cytl status ```

To set the status of the converter (for administrators):

``` /cytl set <player> enable /cytl set <player> disable ```
