Creeper Fire Charge Fix
This mod fixes a bug:
Fire charge won't be consumed while igniting a Creeper in survival or adventure mode.
Differently, while igniting a TNT, the fire charge is consumed.
Behavior when loading the mod:
The fire charge is consumed.
