Craftable Dirt Variants

Makes rooted dirt, podzol, and mycelium craftable.

Rooted Dirt 2 pieces can be crafted using 2 hanging roots and 2 dirt blocks.

Podzol 2 pieces can be crafted using 2 bone meals and 2 dirt blocks. This recipe somehow makes sense since in real life, podzol is formed when organic matter combines with dirt; and bone meal is organic. Also, adds more use for bone meal.

Mycelium 2 pieces can be crafted by combining either 2 brown mushrooms or 2 red mushrooms with 2 dirt blocks.
