Disclaimer: Does not currently work on Paper servers due to a Paper bug
Placing any variant of copper blocks (including stairs and slabs) under horizontal rails will cause all players traveling in a minecart to move three faster. This only works for players and not empty minecarts or minecarts ridden by other mobs as to not break minecart contraptions.
Rails have also been made less expensive. Normal rails now yeild 16->20 rails when crafted and powered rails yeild 6->8.
Type `/function m_copper_boost:config` to open the in-chat config menu to disable/enable the datapack and adjust the speed increase over copper blocks (defaults to 200%).
