Command: Chorus
Adds a new `/chorus` command to the game that randomly teleports entities like a chorus fruit.
Command Examples: - `/chorus` chorus fruit teleports the player who used the command - `/chorus @a` chorus fruit teleports all players - `/chorus Steve 0.5` 50% chance to chorus fruit teleport Steve
This command requires a permission level of 2 (Operator)
