Combat Utilities
Combat Utilities gives you control over many values related to Combat. All configuration options are stored in `combat_utilities.properties` in the config folder.
Commands
All commands require Operator permissions. + `/combatUtils listall` + Lists all configuration options and their current values
+ `/combatUtils set [key] [value]` + Sets a configuration option to the desired value
+ `/combatUtils reset [key]` + Reset a configuration option to the default value
