What exactly changed?

- Every enchantment level in Minecraft has a color now: 1) Blue 2) Green 3) Yellow 4) Red 5) Purple - Enchantments without level are colored now (infinity, flame, mending, etc.)

[2] Why don't work in older versions?: I think it should work, please tell me if it doesn't.
