Cobblemon: Create & Cultivate
Cobblemon: Create & Cultivate is a small modpack that integrates Cobblemon, Create and Farmer's Delight. NeoForge only, as Create does not have a Fabric version for 1.21.1 yet.
The aim is for this pack is to be as light as possible and easy to set up as a server.
Note for servers: This should also work as a server-side modpack. There's nothing that needs extensive server-side configuration here.
