Claw

Adds a way to reach farther, inspired by how the crab claw would have worked. The golden claw adds 1.5 to the block interaction range atribute (1.5 blocks further) and adds 2.0 to the entity interaction range atribute (2 blocks further). The iron claw adds 2.5 to the block interaction range atribute (2.5 blocks further) and adds 1.0 to the entity interaction range atribute (1 block further). The diamond claw adds 3.5 to the block interaction range atribute (3.5 blocks further) and adds 1.5 to the entity interaction range atribute (1.5 blocks further).
