CivillisRegions

Civillis Custom Regions is a Forge 1.20.1 addon for Civillis.

It lets server admins define custom chunk-based regions with `/civil create`, then configure enter and leave HUD messages with `/civil edit`. Regions are matched by dimension and X/Z chunk coordinates, ignoring Y height, so they work across the full vertical column.

The HUD notices reuse Civillis' zone-transition visual style and avoid overlapping with the original Civillis danger-level HUD.
