CaseOh Totem
This is a pack that adds Caseoh as a totem. What it adds:
1. New hotdog particals on use. 2. When used, it plays the sound that has Caseoh state, "Yup your banned." 3. Adds a new texture for the totem shown as the pack icon. 4. Renames the totem to "CaseOh" 5. Puts the totem under a new category instead of the combat category its under "Waffle house."
