Drag System When you open chat (T):

The HUD border highlights blue with a "☰ Drag to move" hint Left-click on the HUD panel and drag it anywhere While dragging, the border glows green with grip dots Drag near the center (below crosshair) and a snap crosshair + "✓ Snapped" label appears Release to place — if within 20px of center, it snaps to the default position
