Boxed - Advancement Survival

📦 Boxed — Your World Grows With You

You start in a tiny box. Walls on every side. A small patch of land, some trees, maybe a cave below. That's it.

But here's the twist: complete Minecraft advancements, and your box gets bigger. Every achievement pushes the walls back, revealing more terrain, more biomes, more resources, and more danger.

Boxed turns Minecraft's advancement system into the core progression mechanic. Instead of grinding resources to level up, you're playing vanilla Minecraft — but the world itself is your reward.

🎮 How It Works

- 🔲 Multiplayer — a small area with limited resources - 🏆 Multiplayer — the vanilla Minecraft ones you already know - 📏 Multiplayer — each advancement pushes the boundary outward - 🌍 Multiplayer — as your world grows, new biomes and structures appear - 👥 Multiplayer — teams share a box and work together to expand faster

⚙️ What Makes Boxed Special?

This isn't just another SkyBlock variant. Boxed uses real terrain generation — mountains, caves, rivers, villages — but keeps it hidden behind a boundary that you earn your way through. It feels like exploration meets progression in a way no other game mode offers.

- Free and open source — no custom challenge lists, just vanilla Minecraft goals - Free and open source — not a void world, not a flat world, actual generated terrain - Free and open source — set starting size, expansion per advancement, and max size - Free and open source — add levels, challenges, warps, and more - Free and open source

📦 Installation

Requires Paper on a Paper server (1.20.6+).

1. Install BentoBox 2. Place `Boxed.jar` into `plugins/BentoBox/addons/` 3. Restart — the boxed world generates automatically 4. `/box` to start playing
