Book Formatting

A simple fabric mod that adds buttons to the book GUI to insert the normally untypeable formatting codes into the text. Also lets you type a section sign (```§```) using left alt.

NOTE: Due to a bug in vanilla the reset code (```§r```) does not reset formatting from the previous line until the next line. To avoid this you can reset the formatting after each line or use a color code instead which also resets all other formatting.
