notes:

∙ literally just replaces every "rename success" anvil sound i had to listen to with a 0:01 clip of silence.

∙ this pack is intended for CIT pack users between 1.13 to latest version of the game, unless if mojang chooses to remove anvils at some point-- in which we have much bigger problems than this pack.

∙ works flawlessly with ~~every version~~ my client that i've done the bare minimum testing on to verify this works up to the latest version of the game.

∙ should be placed above all other resource packs, just in case anyone got fancy with their much better designed packs. technically it can go anywhere, but if you start hearing that anvil again, might be time to move it up a bit.

∙ this is a copy of my resource pack on PM because i had to redownload it once on a different device and found it annoying to have to go to a different site to do so.
