BlindCraft

Adds the blindness effect permanently to the player - Milk removes it for 30 seconds (with a cooldown of 2 minutes) - Night vision removes it for the duration of the effect - Water Breathing does the same, but only on water

This is a datapack that I made in less than 10 minutes, so it might have some glitches
