Allows Oritech fuels (oil, biofuel, and turbofuel) to be burned in a Create Crafts & Additions "Blaze Burner with Straw".
Oil and Biofuel superheat for 5 minutes per bucket. Turbofuel superheats for 20 min/b.
Also adds a basic shapeless recipe to convert Oritech biomass into Create Crafts & Additions biomass and back.
