Better Item Pickup

This Datapack replaces Minecraft's vanilla item pickup mechanics with slightly better ones.

Features: * increases item pickup distance to 4 blocks away * items outside of the vanilla pickup distance will only be able to be picked up after 5 seconds unless you move over to them * items can be picked up immediately if you are standing on top of them, no more pickup delay
