This datapack/mod adds 2 things that exist in bedrock edition but not java to achieve parity: - makes skeletons do melee attacks while being underwater because arrows dont travel far if submerged - makes drowned do melee attacks with their trident if the player is within 3 blocks

(normally in java edition in both cases the 2 mobs would only do ranged attacks)
