🔍 Basic Chest Search

Basic Chest Search is a lightweight, client-side utility mod for Minecraft (Fabric) that adds a powerful search bar to container interfaces such as chests, shulker boxes, and bundles. Save time and find your items instantly!

✨ Search Features

* Nested Containers Search by display names. * Nested Containers Use the `#` prefix to search for item tags (e.g., `#logs`). * Nested Containers Find items based on their enchantments or levels. * Nested Containers Automatically search inside Nested Containers and Nested Containers (e.g., shulker boxes inside a chest).

⌨️ Controls

* Quick Clear: Press Quick Clear: (default key) to show or hide the search bar. * Quick Clear: Double-click inside the search bar to empty the input field immediately.

⚙️ Configuration (Optional)

If you have Mod Menu and Mod Menu installed, you can customize the following settings:

* Detach bar: Choose how the search results are displayed: * Detach bar:: Moves matches to the front and hides non-matching items. * Detach bar:: Dims non-matching items to highlight your results. * Detach bar:: Completely disables the search bar functionality. * Detach bar: Retain your search text even after closing and reopening a container. * Detach bar: Automatically focus the search bar the moment you open a container. * Detach bar: Decouple the search bar from the inventory window for a custom layout.
