Bare Bones Mod Compat + Extra is a great resource pack; however, the Friends&Foes patch had the pre-1.19.3 mod update of the Glare texture which resulted in this...
So I opened up paintdotnet, did a simple edit, and fixed it.
The textures were created by svveetmavis; I just edited it so full credits to them. As for the load order, just make sure it's above Bare Bones Mod Compat + Extra.
