Ars Nouveau x Tensura: Reincarnated Compatibility

This datapack adds a compatibility for Ars Nouveau (and Ars Elemental) x Tensura: Reincarnated by adding EP to tools and gear, skills and ep to entities and other miscellaneous stuff.

Added EP to all of its tools and gears.  Added the Wilden Chimera as a non possessable, non charmable entity, as a boss for hero awakening and counting for boss kills for race requirements.  Wilden Chimera, Guardian and Stalker drops Medium Quality Crystals when killed.
