Anvil Player Heads Datapack
This is a simple server-side datapack to allow renaming player heads in anvils to change their skin.
I created it without knowing about the fabric mod Anvil Player Heads. This datapack is confirmed to work in 1.21.11 and will probably continue to work as it is a datapack.
The heads become dynamic heads which will update their texture if the named player updates their skin.
