Removes 2 crashes: - Particle Crash - Can be crashed by being shown a large amount of particles. Fixed by limiting the amount of particles able to be shown to you at once. - Arrow Crash - Can be crashed by another player having a large amount of arrows stuck inside them. Fixed by removing the rendering of arrows in players.
