Ports the feature from Angling by EightSidedSquare which makes water against glass not render blue as a client-side ~~mod~~ resourcepack, improving the visuals of fish tanks and underwater windows.
Works well with a connected glass mod/resourcepack.

By default includes all blocks in `#c:glass_blocks`. Also supports partial glass blocks such as the glass doors and trapdoors from Create, if they are added to `#anglingaquariumport:sided_glass_blocks`.
