Accessible Nether Roof
can be mined adds a new block type called "can be mined", this block generates in middle of the can be mined bedrocks but instead of being unbrekable Bad Rock can be mined with a diamond or netherite pickaxe.
Also you can craft Bad Rocks with Bedrock Powder(Has 30% chance to be droped when mining Bad Rocks).
In 1.1 NeoForge version is possible to craft actual Bedrocks when using Strong Regenaration potion with BadRock in Brewing Stand
