# The VL+ pack
is made to give the best experience on the Ventureland RPG server. Adding many things via CIT that makes it easy to differantiate between items and GUI icons. It also changes particles and fire to make the Psycho Bandit boss fight alot more bareable visually. RET/ETF is also added to make exploring a little more fun now that mobs that would normally look the same look different now!
### Recomended and used version is 1.21.1
will ofc work on other versions but thats wat Ventureland Utils is on
Note: there are certain issues using OF fabric alternatives

Note this is an Add-on pack meaning u will need to download the original server pack to truly get the best experience,
this can be done by simply using the command /resource on the server and choosing to use and download the original pack.
also note that u should get a CIT mod for most of the textures to show up aswell as a RET/ETF mod for custom mob textures. U can use the Respackopt mod for more options in the resourcepack menu for the pack

### What is this?

The goal of this resource pack is to give any items (and blocks) that have extra data associated with them unique textures, showing as much information about the block/item as possible. This usually comes in the form of checking unused block states for blocks and unused item components for items.
Visuals is a superset of Visual: Armor Trims and Visual: Paintings.
Polytone Recommended (for creative mode spawn eggs tab). Be warned though I do not know how server anticheats will react if you are pulling normally inaccessible items out of thin air.

In the cases where something is partially possible (within reason), this pack will complete it to the best of its ability.
Please see the Changelog and the Gallery for an idea of what this resource pack changes.

This resource pack requires Minecraft 1.21.5+ for the item edits, as it uses the new item model definitions.
Visual: Armor Trims and Visual: Paintings do have support for older versions, but require mods.

Visual Tridents

This pack changes the textures of tridents to look unique when enchanted! Loyalty Tridents are Red and Riptide Tridents are Blue.

Due to technical limitations, (as far as I’m aware) it’s impossible for the thrown loyalty trident to be accurate to the enchantment. If Mojang makes this possible in Vanilla, I’ll consider adding it (this was already an headache to make and has been in development for multiple months lol)
Once again, unsurprisingly, I’m not the first person to make a pack like this! I found this pack after the fact that changes just the riptide model using what looks like the same method I used. Go check it out:
