Wireless Redstone Plugin
_Releasing general improvement update soon. Found some weird bugs and missing features_
### ⚡ Wireless Redstone: Lightning Rods
Tired of messy redstone trails across your base? This plugin lets you use Lightning Rods as long-range, wireless transmitters and receivers. It’s lightweight, survival-friendly, and integrates perfectly with the vanilla look of Minecraft.
### 🕹️ How to Use
Releasing video tutorial soon
**_1._ The Setup**
> Place a Lightning Rod.
>
> Place a Redstone Torch directly on top of it.
**_2._ Tuning the Frequency**
> Take a Book and Quill and rename it to either Sender or Receiver using an Anvil.
>
> Open the book and type your desired Frequency (e.g., 100, Base_Alpha, or Gate) on the first page.
>
> Right-click the Lightning Rod with the book to register the device.
**_3._ Transmitting Power**
> When a Sender receives power, the torch on top will light up.
>
> All Receivers on the same frequency will instantly activate, triggering a visual “strike” > effect on the rod.
### 🌟 Key Features
– Full Variant Support: Works with all Lightning Rod stages (Normal, Exposed, Weathered, Oxidized) and even Waxed versions.
– Survival Integrated: No commands needed. Everything is done through blocks and items.
– Auto-Cleanup: If you break a rod or the torch above it, the location is automatically removed from the config—no “ghost” data left behind.
### 🛠️ Installation
– Drop the .jar into your plugins folder.
– Restart your server.
– Start linking your machines!
_Note: The Redstone Torch acts as the antenna tip and signal indicator. Use observers or adjacent redstone dust to pull the signal from your receivers._

Wired Redstone

Wired Redstone
Adds redstone wires and stuff

## Beta
This project is currently in beta. Expect bugs, missing items, and sometimes needing to use a command to fix
things. Please make regular backups.
## Wired Redstone & RSWires
Wired Redstone is based on [RSWires by 2xsaiko][RSWires CF], and is essentially a rewrite. However, Wired Redstone
incorporates some rather large changes:
* Uses LibMultiPart for multi-part wires instead of doing the multi-part logic itself, like RSWires does.
* This means improved compatibility with other mods and the ability to do more complex things like having multiple
kinds of wire in one block, but also carries the weight of a full multi-part system like LibMultiPart.
* Has support for analog signals.
* This means you can send more complicated signals, but it also means the mod spends more time calculating them.
* Adds support for wires being cut off by things (i.e. not going through blocks when going around corners, being able to
be blocked by facades, etc.).
* This can be handy to keep red-alloy-wires from connecting, but it does mean more calculations, checking for things
in the way of wires.
* Makes some rather large optimizations to RSWires’s wire-net engine that hopefully out-weigh the cost imposed by the
other features added.
* Adds gates.
* These probably could be added to RSWires too, fairly easily, I just haven’t gotten around to adding them and no
one else has either.
Please go checkout [RSWires][RSWires CF] if you haven’t already.

## Screenshots
Here is a picture of one of my dev worlds:

## Recipes
As of version 0.3.0, survival-based recipes have been added. Most circuit components are crafted using a machine called
the Redstone Assembler. Redstone assembler recipes are visible in REI and EMI.
The Redstone Assembler can be crafted in a normal crafting table like such:

Redstone Alloy Ingots can be crafted in the Redstone Assembler:

Red Alloy Wire can then be crafted:

Or Insulated Wire can be crafted:

## Mod Integrations
Wired Redstone has integrations support for [CC: Restitched], [EMI], [REI], and [WTHIT].
### [CC: Restitched]
Wired Redstone Bundled Cables can connect to CC: Restitched computers, allowing those computers to send and receive
bundled signals.
### [EMI] & [REI]
Wired Redstone machines have recipe support in both EMI and REI.
### [WTHIT]
Many Wired Redstone gates and wires will show extra information in the WTHIT HUD.

[EMI]: https://modrinth.com/mod/emi
[REI]: https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/roughly-enough-items

## Known Issues
* ~~LibMultiPart blocks (meaning all wires, gates, etc.) will crash when moved by Create
contraptions (**[#15](https://github.com/Kneelawk/WiredRedstone/issues/15)**).~~ Fixed in `v0.4.11+1.19.2`
and `v0.3.9+1.18.2`.
* ~~Under certain circumstances Not Enough Crashes can get Wired Redstone’s rendering system into an invalid state while
generating a crash report, causing an actual crash (**[#12](https://github.com/Kneelawk/WiredRedstone/issues/12)**).~~
Fixed in `v0.4.13+1.19.2` and `v0.3.10+1.18.2`.
* Completely incompatible with Immersive Portals (**[#23](https://github.com/Kneelawk/WiredRedstone/issues/23)**).
* Server crashes can cause wires to stop working correctly and appear disconnected or refuse to connect when placed in
specific areas. This is caused by the server crash preventing information about changes to wires’ connections from
being saved to the world. This can be fixed by breaking and replacing the wires until they start behaving properly or
by running the `/graphlib updateblocks ` command over an affected area
as a server operator.
## Powered by GraphLib
Wired Redstone uses [GraphLib] for managing its wires connections. Sometimes you might encounter a strange mod
interaction or corruption caused by a crash that causes wires to stop behaving correctly. If something doesn’t seem
right, GraphLib has some commands that can help. These commands can be accessed via:
“`
/graphlib
“`

## FAQ
– **Q** What does bleeding-edge mean?
– **A** _Bleeding-edge means that Winter’s Tweaks has less testing on updates compared to other modpacks. This can make it less stable but more up-to-date._
– **Q** What does rolling release mean?
– **A** _A rolling release model means updates are released as soon as non-breaking changes are made, resulting in smaller, more frequent updates. This is different from stable releases, which are less frequent but more thoroughly tested._
– **Q** Can I build off of this pack?
– **A** _Yes, feel free to modify and build upon this pack._
– **Q** What is this project licensed under?
– **A** _It’s MIT licensed._

## Notes for Server Admins
– Match the client stack: **Minecraft 1.21.1 + NeoForge 21.1.215**
– Remove anything on the server-incompatible list before launch:
https://github.com/Zzackllack/Winterlands/blob/main/modpack/scripts/server/incompatible-mods.md
– Keep bundled datapacks intact when copying to your server (see `config/paxi/datapacks`) so world tweaks load correctly.

### ℹ️ **Version Notice**
Releases before Winterlands 0.131.8 (Alpha) are no longer available on Modrinth.
This is due to licensing issues identified in 0.131.7 Alpha, where a mod (“fastboot”) had to be removed because it was no longer permitted for redistribution on Modrinth, the mod itself is no longer available on modrinth.
These earlier versions remain documented in the repository but cannot be hosted here.
